Aneesh is one of the founders of The Yog Foundation. He has 25+ years of extensive experience in the Digital Market Research Domain working across different global geographies in leadership roles with a top digital market research company. He has led big operational & software development teams and successfully extended portfolio of services offered which resulted in growth of teams.

He is passionate about reading and passionately believes that reading good content plays a critical role in the development of children’s personality. His aim is to build a platform that will enable children to develop the habit of reading at an incredibly young age. Along with his wife Bharti, he launched a fortnightly children’s newspaper called Junior Lens during the pandemic in June 2020.

When he was working in Hyderabad, Aneesh was instrumental in spearheading the community service efforts of his organization. He actively reached out to old age homes and tried to make a difference to the quality of life of the elders. In addition to arranging for, monetary, food and medical support, he motivated his team members to spend valuable time with the elders by talking to them about their life and loved ones.

The pandemic has adversely impacted many people in India and so when opportunity arose, Aneesh, along with his batchmates from the 1992 batch of Mithibai College, decided to set up the Yog Friends Foundation.

In his spare time, Aneesh likes to develop election prediction models and has successfully predicted accurate outcomes of key elections.

Aneesh has completed his Bachelors in Science (with a Physics major) from the Mumbai University. He is also a computer hardware and software degree holder.
